Which tent size suits your wedding?

The size mainly depends on the number of guests and whether everyone is seated. For a dinner we count on roughly one and a half to two square metres per guest, for a standing reception or party roughly one square metre.

Prices include VAT and set-up, excluding transport. Adding a dance floor, a bar or a photo booth? Then go one size up.

A wedding on your own grounds: what to think about

• The spot. A stretch tent looks best on a flat lawn with some space around it for the poles and straps. Send us a photo of the spot and we will help with the layout.
• The municipality. A tent at your own home often needs no permit, but for a large party or music until late some municipalities ask for a notification. Check in time with your municipality.
• Lighting, floor and power. Lighting and a floor can be added to your booking. Also think about power for the music and the catering.
• Set-up and take-down. We put the tent up and take it down again. That takes two to four hours on average, depending on the size and the location.
• The weather. Our tents are waterproof and withstand rain and wind. In a storm or heavy snowfall we advise against using the tent. We keep an eye on the forecast together with you.

Let your guests know where the party is

At a wedding on your own grounds, guests have more questions than at a venue. Where do I park? Is it outside? What time does it start? And you want to know exactly how many people are coming, because the tent size and the catering depend on it.

How far ahead should you book?

As early as possible, especially for Saturdays from May to September. Cancelling is free up to 14 days before the wedding. Ask for a quote via the contact page.
