Setting up a stretch tent takes on average 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the tent and the location. We take care of the complete setup and takedown, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Yes, our stretch tents are made of high-quality, waterproof material and can withstand rain and wind. In extreme weather (storm, heavy snowfall) we advise not to use the tent. We monitor the weather forecast and will contact you if adjustments are needed.

The rental price includes the tent itself, setup and takedown by our team, and all necessary materials (poles, stakes, tension straps). Transport costs are calculated separately based on the location. Extra options such as lighting or flooring can be added on request.

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the event. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the event, 50% of the rental price will be charged. For cancellations within 7 days of the event, the full amount will be charged. In case of extreme weather conditions, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
